“New Skaters Welcome to join the Easy-Stroll which is free, just turn-up, no need to book. If you’re a complete beginner or not too good at stopping take lessons first. EMAIL if you want details. We meet in the car park of the Bellahouston Leisure Centre (Not the Ski Centre) every Tuesday morning at 10am, weather permitting. Then skate round to the track, after a few laps we leave the track to skate along the park’s smoother pathways and eventually Mosspark Boulevard which has a particularly ‘skater friendly’ path. We finish back at the car park.”
“We meet at the Pagoda every Saturday at 10:30 for 2 – 3 laps of Battersea park on wheels (rollerbladers, quaddies and skate boarders welcome). We then retire to the cafe for a coffee break.
“This is a beginners (and all other levels) group with our aim to introduce new skaters to the world of skating. Please don’t be put off by the team jersey, this is a way to promote the group.
“Skaters of any level are also welcome! Indeed, many people have been coming to the skate for years!!”
